Avalon Park

Our flagship project, Avalon Park is a 1,860-acre neighborhood located in southeast Orange County, Fla. Nestled beside the serene, natural surroundings of the Econlockhatchee River, Avalon Park has 240 acres of wetlands, 400 acres of upland preserve, 250 acres of man-made lakes, walking/biking trails and a pool with a cabana located in the center of each village.  Planning includes approximately 3,400 single-family units, 1,431 multi-family units and more than half a million square feet of commercial space. Development principles are based on New Urbanism planning concepts. This includes a mix of housing types, civic uses, office/commercial buildings and a Downtown Avalon Park.

Downtown Avalon Park features mixed-use buildings that combine functional retail, office and residential uses with stunning urban architecture. Mixed-use buildings are complemented by more conventional lifestyle retail space and single-tenant buildings. Avalon Park Group fosters the nostalgic, close-knit feeling the town center design creates by regularly hosting such community events as a popular monthly concert series and a 4th of July fireworks show.

Residential neighborhoods are distinguished by single-family homes, townhomes and apartment buildings representing a variety of traditional exterior styles, yet providing all the contemporary amenities for today’s lifestyles. Each neighborhood is within convenient walking distance to Downtown Avalon Park, and planned to encourage interaction with neighbors.
