Duane Underwood came to Avalon Park Group in early 2000 to manage the facilities of Avalon Park.  Duane has over 23 years of experience in construction and property management, with an emphasis in the residential industry.  Duane has managed a quickly growing community and has helped Avalon Park become the standard for a quality Neo-Traditional community.
