Since joining the Avalon team in 2003, Julie has run Avalon’s Pasco County office where she focuses exclusively on the company’s various Pasco County projects –such as the Suncoast Industrial Park, compiling marketing & demographic studies to mining & excavation projects as well as New River Township (N.R.T).   As New River Township’s Community Director, Julie’s responsibilities include working with the property manager and homeowners alike to resolve front-line issues on a daily basis. She also provides Avalon's Pasco presence for maintaining local government relations, enhancing N.R.T. community awareness and business networking. Julie serves as a director of the N.R.T. Home Owners Association and as the Vice President of N.R.T.’s Community Development District where her focus is on the continued development of the N.R.T. district. Julie is actively involved with local community as a member of various civic and social organizations.
