Mary Lantz came to Avalon Park Group in the Fall of 2008. She serves as Senior Property Manager for the commercial space,  135 apartments located in Downtown Avalon Park and manages the Downtown Avalon Park Commercial Owners Association. Mary began her career in property management in 1990 as a residential manager and added commercial property management to her portfolio in 1997 and continued working with Lincoln Property Company for five years. She diversified her background by moving into risk management, which has made her a good fit for her current mixed-use responsibilities.
