Rich Browning joined Avalon Park Group as Vice President in September 2010.  Before coming to Avalon, Mr. Browning was Manager of Capital Markets at NAI Realvest, a Central Flroida brokerage and developmenet firm.  During his tenure at NAI Realvest, Mr. Browning placed over $100 million in development financing and led the sale of nearly $60 million in investment properties.  Prior to joining NAI Realvest, Mr. Browning was a Commercial Real Estate lender with BB&T, one of the nation's largest banking institutions.  In that role, he was responsible for creating debt structures and providing other financial services to a diverse group of commercial real estate clients.  Mr. Browning earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.
