Teresa Alexander came to Avalon Park Group in 2009, where she serves as Controller.  Prior to coming to Avalon, Teresa worked as the Operations Analyst for the Orlando division of Highwoods Properties, Inc., a nationally traded Real Estate Investment Trust, where she was responsible for all accounting duties as they related to 2.2 million rentable square feet of commercial office space.  She also garnered experieince in the residential property managment industry at ZOM Properties, Inc. where she worked as the Assistant Controller.  Teresa has earned Bachelor's degrees in, Accounting and Finance as well as an MBA from the University of Central Florida and is a Florida licensed Certified Public Accountant.
