Foursquare Builders LLC and Avalonpark Texas LP Start New Homebuilding Venture in Austin
AUSTIN, Tex. --- Texas home builder Foursquare Builders LLC and Avalonpark Texas LP recently started a new homebuilding venture – Foursquare Custom Homes – in Austin, and will soon build a LEED-certified green model home at Howard Ranch, located between Farm to Market Road 150 and Ranch Road 12, just south of Dripping Springs, southwest of Austin.
Richard Kunz, president and partner of Avalonpark Texas, L.P., a Texas joint venture with Florida-based Avalon Park Group, said the model home is the first of 100 homes Foursquare Custom Homes plans to build at Howard Ranch priced from $300,000 to $400,000.
New homes at Howard Ranch range in size from 2,300 square feet of living space to 2,900 square feet, Kunz said.
Avalonpark Texas and its joint venture partner Foursquare Builders have more than 30 years of experience in custom and production home building and the new joint venture boasts an executive team whose members are LEED-AP certified builders, Kunz said.
Avalonpark Texas, L.P. recently entered a development agreement for 100 home sites and a retail site at Howard Ranch.
