Avalon Park Welcomes Three New Businesses to its Downtown Center

Avalon Park, Fla. (September 6, 2017) – Avalon Park Group has signed three new commercial leases for its Downtown II building for a total of 5,500 square feet of space. The terms range from three-year to 10-year leases.

The leases are:

  • Goldin Solar, a solar energy contractor for a three-year term of 1,847 square feet.
  • Latin Flare, a Latin restaurant for a 10-year term of 1,869 square feet.
  • Avalon Tuck & Tumble, a dance studio for a three-year term of 1,846 square feet.

All the new tenants are located at in the core of Avalon Park’s downtown center at 12001 Avalon Lake Drive.
