It’s Monday and in addition to that, many of us might be in a post-Academy Awards sleepiness state. So, here’s some news on the local real estate front that might wake you up.
For starters, a new restaurant has brought the Avalon Park Town Center retail space to fully leased. Casa Mofongo, a popular franchise from Puerto Rico, signed a lease for 1,769 square feet of retail space in the Towncenter II building. Plans are to open a new 60-seat eatery by the end of March.
