Avalon Park Signs First Tenant for New Downtown Commercial Building

Avalon Park, Fla. (September 6, 2017) – As permitting starts on a new commercial building in downtown Avalon Park, the first tenant for the building has signed a five-year lease for the new building.  

RE/MAX, a residential real estate broker, has agreed to lease nearly 10 percent of the new building when it opens next year. It will occupy temporary space in downtown Avalon Park until the new building is completed.

Located in the heart of the business core of Avalon Park’s new commercial building will feature four floors of commercial space, including nearly 10,000 square feet of retail space on the first floor. The total square footage of the building is 38,500 square feet and is slated to open in 2018.  

The building is located at the intersection of Avalon Park East Blvd and Avalon Lake Drive.
