The Springs of Walnut Creek in Austin is a 108-unit subdivision with homes of Houston-based Builder David Weekley. The featured houses are Austin Hill Country Urban style, ranging from the mid 200’s to the high 300’s. The Enclave of the Springs in Austin is a 45-unit subdivision with homes of Austin-based Builder Scott Felder Homes. The featured houses are Hill Country Urban style, ranging from the low to high 300’s. Both neighborhoods cater to the fast-growing Austin Metro population. 1835 Village is a master-planned mixed-use new neighborhood in Gonzales TX.
