Avalon Park Texas, L.P. is developing residential subdivisions and master-planned communities in Central and South Texas. The Springs of Walnut Creek in Austin is a 108-unit subdivision with homes of Houston-based Builder David Weekley. The featured houses are Austin Hill Country Urban style, ranging from the mid 200’s to the high 300’s. The Enclave of the Springs in Austin is a 45-unit subdivision with homes of Austin-based Builder Scott Felder Homes. The featured houses are Hill Country Urban style, ranging from the low to high 300’s. Both neighborhoods cater to the fast-growing Austin Metro population. 1835 Village is a master-planned mixed-use new neighborhood in Gonzales TX. It will feature up to 500 residential units and a village center. Residential units will include single family detached and attached homes, garden homes and apartments, both for sale and for rent. The first phase is completed with townhomes, single family homes, Assisted Living Home and Apartments under construction. The Villages at River Bend is a master-planned golf course community in Floresville, TX. The Village ‘Legends’ infrastructure is completed and will feature 66 homes. Eight more Villages and a Village Center are planned to be realized in the coming years. At build-out, the Villages at River Bend will include 900 homes, a Village Center and a public Golf Course. The neighborhood features for sale and rental properties. Both neighborhoods in South Texas cater also the fast-growing population of the Eagle Ford Shale play.
